PB7 Daybed

The daybed has a top of three cushions upholstered with nubuck aniline leather and padded with cold-pressed foam. The cushions attaches to a base with velcro, making them removable and renewable when worn out. The leather casings is also removable with a zipper.
The base is made of lightly padded birch plywood, upholstered in nubuck aniline leather and felt. The frame is made with welded and brushed stainless steel. Drawing on inspiration from ancient japanese building techniques, the frame interlocks to create a simple, iconic profile and enables easy and quick assembly. The frame is also assymmetrical, so the look changes depending on the angle you see the Daybed.
